Delivery Information

  • DELIVERY SERVICE

    All orders are now sent by Royalmail Tracked you can select either 48 or 24 at checkout, you will be charged the correct amount for the weight of your parcel.

  • DISPATCH TIMES

    I do my best to despatch all items within 1-2 days of order, occasionally it can be up to 5 days but very rarely.

  • REBORN DOLLS

    All reborn dolls will be sent Royalmail special next day delivery free of charge, this doesn't include Saturdays.

    Tracking will be sent as soon as available and the appropriate amount of insurance purchased.

  • WORKING DAYS

    My working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

    Usually 1pm onwards as I do have a day job as well.

Returns

  • RETURNS OF DOLLS

    I do not accept returns on dolls unless found to be faulty, if a fault is found with any of my dolls please contact me as soon as you notice the fault by email grannypsrebornnursery@gmail.com so we can get it sorted as quickly as possible.

  • RETURNS OF ANYTHING ELSE

    Returns are accepted on items except dolls, should you need to return an item please email grannypsrebornnursery@gmail.com

    If an item is faulty in any I will cover the postage costs and issue a refund as soon as I receive the item back.

    If you have simply changed your mind I will ask that you send the item back at your cost but will of coarse issue your refund when the item is returned.
